Why do I not receive emails?

There can be various reasons for you not receiving your emails from First Agenda:

  1. the email is landed in the "Junk" folder (or the "Clutter" folder if you are using Outlook 2016 or later). Check the folders in your email program.
  2. the email is landed in your organization's spam filter. Contact your security department and have them check if there are any restrictions on receiving emails from First Agenda and Amazon AWS.
    • If there are any restrictions, your organization must allow emails from the addresses from FirstAgenda and Amazon AWS:
  3. you are registered with the wrong email address

If none of these works, please contact an administrator from your organization, so we can look at what the cause may be.
