How do I sync meetings from my local iPhone calendar?

Your local calendar is associated with an email account on your iPhone. For example, it may be through Google (gmail), Yahoo or Oulook.com. So to synchronize your meetings, you must create a user in Assistant with the same email address that you use for your calendar in your iPhone.

How to create a user and sync meetings from your local iPhone calendar

Note: At the moment, it is only possible to create user and sync meetings via an iPhone.

Step 1: Choose your calendar on your iPhone to sync with Assistant

  • Click "Create account"
  • Click "iPhone Calendar"
  • Click "Allow" to allow access to your local calendar. Then click "OK"
  • Click "Calendars" and select the calendar you want to sync with Assistant (if your calendar is not listed, an email account must be created on your iPhone. See the link above).

  • Click "Next"

Note: If you receive an error message, it may be because there are no meetings in the selected calendar with other participants than yourself. Create a meeting in the calendar with another participant and try again. Or choose another calendar.

Step 2: Create user

  • Fill out the remaining fields to complete the creation of your user
  • Accept Terms & Conditions
  • Click "Connect"

  • Verify your email adress by logging in to your email and clicking on the link in the mail you just received.

​You have now created a user and can use "Sign In with iPhone Calendar" the next time you log in to Assistant. Again, please be aware that it may take some time before your meetings are synchronized.
