How to make changes in a decision

1. Click on Read agendas

2. Click on an item with a decision you want to change. 

3. Click Edit

4. Make your changes. Notice that when start editing the text, the status will change from "Released" to "Recent changes have not been released".

Remember to release your decision again

When you are done with your changes, it is important that you release your decision again. You do this on the front page of your agenda, in the same way as when you released your decision in the first place. Go to the front page, by clicking on the Go to release of combined minute link in the right corner of the decision box.

On the front page, you can also see an overview of your decisions. The decisions you have made changes in will appear with a small orange exclamation mark. Here will you also have the opportunity to read the previously released version of the decision.
