Why can’t I see a meeting participant in “Approval Status”?

This can be because the meeting participant has not been made primary or secondary approver before you turned on approval for the item. Click on “Add approver” to add the meeting participant to the list.

It can also be because the meeting participant has not yet activated their invitation to FirstAgenda and thereby is not an active user. This needs to be done, before a meeting participant can be added for approval in FirstAgenda.
