“Allow approval” has to be activated on the team, before you can activate approval for an agenda item. Read how to turn on the approval function for a team.
How to activate approval for an agenda item
- Log in to FirstAgenda
- Click on Meetings in the left navigation menu
- Select your agenda (remember that “Allow approval” should be turned on for the team, before you can turn on approval for an agenda item)
- Under the tab settings, find the item for which you want approval to be turned on. Click on the “slider” so that it turns green
Approval has now been turned on for the specific item.
How to deactivate approval
If you wish to turn off approval for the item, click on the “slider” for approval so that it turns grey.
The users will no longer be able to approve the item.
