If you can not see the function Allow voting when you are clicking on your team, please contact FirstAgenda Support at: firstname.lastname@example.org so the function can be activated for your organisation.
How to activate VOTING for a team
- Select Team in the left side menu
- Click the button next to Allow voting so it turns green
- Remember to press Save
Voting is now activated for all agenda items in your team. In the top of every item the meeting participant can see the voting buttons: For, Against and Abstain

Remember, if a team member or an extra member are not supposed to vote for an agenda item, you have to make sure the user will be removed from the confidential agenda item.
