How do I activate 2-factor-login?

You can't even activate two-factor login in your organization settings, as this is an extra module. You must therefore contact FirstAgenda Support at support@firstagenda.com, for help with activating two-factor login.

With 2-factor login, you can increase safety in the use of Prepare further. There are two ways you can use 2-factor login.

One is that you can choose that the users of your organisation must log in with both their password and a received SMS code every time they log on Prepare.

The second way is that they only have to log on with their password and the received SMS code when they log on Prepare outside your organisation's network. You have the option to select multiple network that users can access without having to write both password and SMS code.
