You will have to use an SMS code on Prepare in these three situations:
- The first time you log on to Prepare.
- If your organisation has chosen to use two-factor login.
- When you have forgotten (or wish to change) your password.
If you do not receive an SMS in the above mentioned situations, it is probably because you are registered with the wrong mobile number. Check the mobile number you are registered with - this can be found in your invitation mail. If the number is wrong, contact the Prepare administrator in your organisation to have it changed. The contact details of your administrator are also found in the invitation mail.
