There can be various reasons for you not receiving your emails from First Agenda:
- the e-mail is landed in the "Junk" folder (or the "Clutter" folder if you are using Outlook 2016 or later). Check the folders in your mail program.
- the mail is landed in your organization's spam filter. Contact your security department and have them check if there are any restrictions on receiving e-mail's from First Agenda and Amazon AWS.
- If there are any restrictions, your organization must allow e-mail's from the addresses (@ firstagenda.com, smtp.firstagenda.com and smtp-out.eu-west-1.amazonses.com) before you can receive e-mail's from First Agenda (Amazon is the server used to send e-mails).
- you are registered with the wrong e-mail address
If none of these works, please contact an administrator from your organization, so we can look at what the cause may be.
