Don't worry, if you have forgotten your username, help is available.
Here's how to retrieve your username:
- On the login page, you can click on the link "Have you forgotten your e-mail?"

- In the field, enter the email address associated with your account. Then click on Continue.
- Check your email inbox now. You will receive an email containing your username. Log in with the username.
If you still have trouble logging in, you can contact the administrator of FirstAgenda Prepare in your organization.
Once you are logged into FirstAgenda Prepare, you can view your username in your user profile.
