When do I receive an email with the meeting minutes?

When the meeting is completed and all the meeting participants stopped the recording, the email will automatically generate an overview of the meeting.

The email sends about half an hour after the meeting + the duration of the meeting. For example, if a meeting has a duration of two hours, the email will be sent out two and a half hours after the end of the meeting. If there is no audio file available, the email will be sent about half an hour after the meeting.

The email will be sent to ALL the meeting participants in the meeting, as long as there was added content to the meeting in the form of:

  • One or more Decisions
  • One or more Tasks
  • One or more Photos
  • Or if Audio Minutes was activated
